1997, the company has maintained periodic
activities and assessment reports
on the state of operations and maintenance
of the properties and facilities of
PPI. It assists them in the following:

policies, rules and regulations
in the proper utilization of properties;

Undertakes
comprehensive studies and advisory
services for the maximum profitable
utilization of properties;

Responsible
on acting and responding to all
management complaints and items
of maintenance, security, safety,
